Sub-Zero Repair Bothell is an independent shop working one class of equipment: Sub-Zero built-in refrigeration. Not laundry, not dishwashers, not every badge on the street.
Why the narrow scope
A general appliance route sees a Sub-Zero built-in a handful of times a year. We see them all day. That difference shows up in the first twenty minutes of a call: knowing that a warm fresh-food section with a hard-frozen freezer is a one-circuit fault, that a frost sheet on a rear panel is a defrost story and not a door story, and that a hollow ice cube is almost always a fill problem rather than a dead module.
It also means the van carries the right stock. Evaporator and condenser fan motors, defrost heaters, thermistors, bimetals, door gaskets and water inlet valves for the common model families ride with us, so a large share of Bothell calls are finished on the first visit rather than booked for a return.
What we will not do
- Quote a repair before the unit has been measured.
- Replace a part on a hunch and bill you for the guess.
- Sell you a repair that costs more than the machine is worth. If a 22-year-old cabinet needs a compressor and a board, you will be told.
- Take a warranty call that belongs to the manufacturer. If your unit is in factory warranty we will say so on the phone.
- Charge a weekend premium. The crew works 8:00 am – 8:00 pm, seven days at one rate.

Integrated units come out of cabinetry and go back on their original shims and screws. Cabinet faces are protected before anything moves.

Factory parts with the part number printed on the invoice, so the next technician — us or anyone else — knows exactly what is in the machine.

90-day parts and labour warranty
On the specific repair carried out. If the same fault returns inside 90 days the return visit is not billed.
